    Performance Test:

    1.Temperature Coefficient Test

    Test Condition: Test the resistance value at normal temperature and normal temperature added 100, calculate perresistance value change rate.

    Performance: ±1000ppm/℃

     

    2.Short Time Overload Test

    Test Condition: Voltage or Max. overload voltage (get the lower) for 5 seconds.

    Performance: ΔR≤±(1%R0+0.05Ω)

     

    3.Pulse Overload Test

    Test Condition: At 4 × rated voltage or Max. pulse overload voltage (get the lower) cycle 10000±200 times(1 second on, 25 seconds off ).

    Performance: ΔR≤±(2%R0+0.05Ω)

     

    4.Resistance to Soldering Heat Test

    Test Condition: Immerge into 350±10tin stove for 2~3 seconds.

    Performance: carbon film ΔR≤±(1%R0+0.05Ω)

     

    5.Solderability Test

    Test Condition: Immerge into 260±10tin stove for 2~3 seconds.

    Performance: Area of soldering is over 95%.

     

    6.Temperature Cycling Test

    Test Condition: At  -55for 30 min, then at +25for 10~15 min, then at +125for 30 min, then at +25for 10~15 min, total 5 cycles.

    Performance: ΔR≤±(1%R0+0.05Ω)
